Paul Davis Mid-Atlantic is one of the largest professional full-service restoration and remodeling firms in Pennsylvania. Our office, based in Lancaster, is the Mid-Atlantic hub for all large or commercial losses nationwide. From the original Paul Davis Systems formed in 1966 by Mr. Paul Davis we have grown into a national franchise company offering world-class construction services. Since 2000, we have been serving Pennsylvania’s commercial, industrial and residential disaster restoration and remodeling needs. Paul Davis provides emergency service response, contents restoration, consulting and mitigation 24/7/365 to restore calm in the most chaotic of events. We have the resources to meet any property damage situation and provide high quality service to Paul Davis customers and the insurance industry. To this day, we remain operated locally by Stephen Rotay, who has a vision for quality construction, customer service and community engagement.
Celebrating 15 years of operations in Central Pennsylvania in 2015 and over 50 years as an organization, Paul Davis went through a re-branding process to better reflect the Company’s 50 year transformation to a nationwide network of full service restoration operations. “We have a new look, but customers can expect the same service centered focus we have always delivered” said Stephen Rotay, in a recent Central Pennsylvania Business Journal, business profile article. Our facilities are second to no one, in the Mid-Atlantic region, and we pride ourselves on handling every loss from mitigation to contents right in our own warehouse. The facility in Lancaster, PA handles electronics processing, textile cleaning and restoration, contents storage and more.  Paul Davis has a division that handles large commercial losses, dealing with seven-figure restorations of schools, hospitals and colleges. We are growing at a rapid pace but are not forgetting where we got our start. We are thankful to the communities and business partners and look forward to giving back through our community programs that we continue to develop.
